For this beloved local restaurant, staff uniforms weren’t just functional — they were part of the brand. Diskko set up a seamless reordering system to keep their team looking sharp and their merch shelves stocked. What started as simple apparel turned into a low-lift revenue stream and a steady presence in the neighborhood.

Project goals & objectives

  • Recurring Uniform Orders: Consistently produced branded tees, hats, and aprons for new hires and seasonal shifts
  • Branded Merch for Customers: Offered retail-style merch (hoodies, dad hats, totes) available in-store
  • Streamlined Reordering: Quick-turn reorders with saved specs and sizes — no need to start from scratch
  • New Revenue Stream: Merch sales added supplementary income with minimal effort
  • Brand Visibility in the Community: Apparel became a walking billboard — spotted on customers across town

Overview

This neighborhood restaurant needed a dependable way to keep up with their ever-rotating staff uniform needs while also dipping into the merch game. Diskko helped establish a system for easy reorders — uniforms were delivered just in time with consistent sizing, decoration, and quality. As their regulars started asking about the gear, we expanded into customer merch: stylish, well-made hoodies, hats, and tote bags that built loyalty and kept the brand alive outside the walls of the restaurant. By combining operations with community-building, this project became the definition of local love done right.
